Service & Warranty

Service: We train an experienced and talented team to provide after sales service and support. When you are in your most demanding production cycle, you need exceptional service. Our service team has the depth, training, and expertise to answer any of your coil making machinery questions. Many are cross-trained on all of our products and are available for travel to your facility to solve problems, perform maintenance, provide training, and offer support for your personnel. Replacement parts and support are readily available for even our oldest machines. Our service group is dedicated to insuring the maximum operational capabilities of your equipment.

Warranty: Burr Oak Tool Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that equipment of its own manufacture is free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months. The obligation of the company is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts. Inbound and outbound freight are included under our terms of warranty. Component parts or accessories made by other manufacturers are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty to our company.

Except as to title there are no further warranties, expressed or implied, and the company shall have no obligation or liabilities with respect thereto to any person or firm other than as specifically stated herein.

The above warranty of the company does not cover damages or failures due to improper use of the equipment, or in operating the equipment beyond its rated capacity. Also the warranty does not apply to the equipment which has been altered by those other than authorized representatives of the company. Perishable or tooling subject to wear is not covered by this warranty.
