The new Single Overhead Spiral Uncoiling system from Burr Oak Tool is designed for use on single tube cut off machines.
It has no moving parts, no coil stand, and requires minimal coil movement.
Reduced material handling decreases tube damage.
This new uncoiling system can be used with any cutoff machine, Oak or otherwise.
Tubing diameters 1/2" or larger, and harder tempered tubing limit the effectiveness of the system.

- OPTION 1: Pre-qualified Die Rebuild, 6-7 weeks
- OPTION 2: Pre-qualified Die Sharpening, 6-8 weeks
- OPTION 3: Traditional Die Rebuild, 14-15 weeks

The hairpin length gauge is a fixture designed to accurately measure any length hairpin from 6” to 168”. Data Sure Software allows measurements to be taken and wirelessly transferred directly to a computer up to 25M away. The data can be exported in multiple file formats. Our easy to operate hairpin length gauge is designed for specific tube diameters and bend centers.

This new add-on to our line of vertical expanders takes the load off material handlers when expanding coils. Ergonomics and safety come first. This new innovation also helps keep coils undamaged while loading and unloading.

The Hydraulic Slit Selector Clamp is new design innovation applicable to most fin dies. This allows the selector plate to be correctly positioned by one person from either side of the press using a positioning lever and hydraulically powered clamps. It allows safer changeovers because the guards stay in place. There is a simple "on/off" switch that activates the hydraulic clamp which provides a positive, locked position.

This new design of the return elbow crossover bend machine utilizes a touch screen control to make bend angle changes painless. There are no tooling replacement costs, because older tooling can still be used on the new M4. The new controller detects exact position of bend head and displays saw blade life. This design also utilizes new clear guarding to allow full view of machine operation.

This recent design improvement uses two rare-earth magnets to enhance cutter blade performance.
These magnets secure the blade to prevent breakage during cutting. Increased flexibility reduces breakage and extends cutter blade life. It is easy to install with no additional costs compared to the previous design.

The new option reduces the tooling changeover time for the Cross Axis Tube Sizer to SECONDS and eliminates the need for a fork truck or overhead crane. It mounts on two high-load linear bearings for smooth movement and has a simple locking pin to provide a final, positive location.
