Ring Machine

Burr Oak Tool Inc. manufactures several types of return bend processing machines to suit your specific production requirements, including the Sizing and Ring Machine, Ring Machine, Sizing Machine, Rotary Sizing and Ring Machine, and Return Bend Cleaning System. This equipment can be used separately or, by incorporating conveyors, place in a continuous return bend production line.

The Ring Machine is a single purpose machine designed to assemble solder rings onto the legs of the return bends. The bends are generally already sized prior to processing in this machine. The Ring Machine is mechanically driven through a variable speed drive with gravity feed of return bends and solders rings from rotary hoppers.
