Vertical Bend Hairpin Bender

The Oak Vertical Bend Hairpin Bender (VBHB) produces consistent, high quality bends every time. The legs are straight and of equal lengths, the cuts are true, and the reduced cycle time means hairpins are produced in time to meet your needs. It generally consists of three sections: the bender, coil feeder and cutoff, and the coil stand.

Depending on tube diameter, the Oak VBHB can bend up to eight tubes simultaneously.

If more than one diameter tubing is required, our cross axis tube sizer works in conjunction with the cross axis shuttle to significantly reduce tooling changeover time. It is mounted on two high-load linear bearings which provide smooth movement, and locks with a simple locating pin to ensure accurate placement. These options give more flexibility to meet demanding production requirements. They also remove the requirement to move heavy tooling using a fork lift or overhead crane.
