Burr Oak Tool Inc. manufactures several types of return bend processing machines to suit your specific production requirements, including the Sizing and Ring Machine, Ring Machine, Sizing Machine, Rotary Sizing and Ring Machine, and Return Bend Cleaning System. This equipment can be used separately or, by incorporating conveyors, place in a continuous return bend production line.
The Size Machine is a single purpose machine designed to size the return bend leg ends. Standard sizing requires a mechanical mechanism driven by a variable speed drive. The return bends are loaded from a rotary hopper. When leg end reduction or expansion is required, additional force can be applied through a hydraulic powered mechanism. Standard electric and pneumatic connections are required.
