FIN LINES - Burr Oak Tool fin production lines deliver quality fins for heat exchange coils. Burr Oak Tool Inc. manufactures multiple sizes of fin lines for your production needs. Our product range allows us to provide the perfect fin making system for the largest mass production coil manufacturers or the smallest specialty coil shops.
FIN LINE EQUIPMENT - The fin stock uncoiler, suction unit and stacker unit comprise the heart of the Burr Oak material handling system. The line equipment features new elements in stock feeding and fin collection geared toward ease of operation and increased productivity.
FIN DIES - Oak fin dies are dependable, both in creating quality fins each stroke of the press, and in producing superb product for many years. The dies can also be equipped with rapid die change options to provide more flexible and accurate production capabilities. Our engineers will work closely with you to design and build your fin die to meet your specific heat transfer requirement.
EXPANDERS - Burr Oak Tool Inc. has a wide variety of expanders to meet your production needs. Oak Expanders come in all sizes, from single tube expanders to large horizontal expanders for your largest coils. We offer many options to customize your expander to your specific production requirements.
HAIRPIN BENDER - The Oak Vertical Bend Hairpin Bender (VBHB) produces consistent, high quality bends every time. The legs are straight and of equal lengths, the cuts are true, and the reduced cycle time means hairpins are produced in time to meet your needs. Available options make tooling changes much faster, allowing more flexibility to meet your demanding production requirements.
COIL FORM - The Oak coil form machines handle even the most difficult forming requirements. They easily adjust to various coil sizes, and are flexible enough to process both round tube and flat tube coils. Automatic feed and coil positioning increase production efficiencies, and the new all-electric version simplifies operation and maintenance.
Tube Processing Machines
Burr Oak’s tube processing machines produce quality bends, consistent angles, and straight tubes when required, at high production rates. We work together to find the most cost effective and timely solution to the challenges you face.
TUBE CUTOFF MACHINES - Oak cutoff machines produce consistent, straight cuts at high production rates. The simple cutting operation complements the quick tooling changes when switching tube sizes. We produce two types that process coil and straight tubing, and a third type processes coiled multivoid (micro channel) tubing. We offer all cutoff styles in single or double configurations and with end-forming capabilities.
Oak small bending machines turn out multiple bend angles easily and dependably. The cuts are straight and bend centers are accurate, protecting your investment in the quality of your final product.
Return Bend Processing
The tube processing equipment manufactured by Burr Oak Tool cleans and prepares tubes and efficiently and accurately places solder rings onto return bends. These Oak machines complete the tasks you need when you need them.
