The 1400 has a 160 ton (1400kN) rating for increased fin stamping capacity. Extensive solid modeling performed in the design stage and added weight optimizes press rigidity, resulting in more consistent product output. Higher tensile fin stocks and larger fin dies won’t deter or slow down the 1400. Thicker materials common in refrigeration become easier to manipulate and form with the greater tonnage capacity. The dynamically balanced platform minimizes vibrations, ensuring accuracy even at higher press speeds. Not only will production output increase, fin stacking is also enhanced as press movement decreases.

In almost any fin making application the 1400’s size, strength and stability will significantly increase capacity and improve performance.
