Tube CutoffFlat Multivoid Tube Cutoff Machine
The Multivoid Cutoff Machine (M7) is designed to produce straight, cut-to-length pieces of multivoid (micro channel) flat tubing from coil stock. A variety of options are available to customize this cutoff machine to your production requirements. This line consists of a powered coil reel stand, two-plane straightener, tube sizing stations, hitch feed unit, and cutoff unit.

The standard tubing straightener uses 3 adjustable rolls and 4 stationary rolls in each plane. Also available with sizing stations. |
| Hitch Feed Unit | An air operated clamp grips the tube for feeding and holding. The electric CNC feeds a maximum of 36 inches (914mm) of material in one stroke. |

| Machine Chipless Rotary Cutoff Unit | Provides a superior cut using hard tooling per tube diameter and precision depth control for tube wall thickness. |

This utilizes vertical guides to contain the aluminum tube as it falls free from the exit guide of the pull-apart mechanism of the cutoff machine. Other collection devices are available upon request. |

Provides accurate sizing of the width and thickness of the flat (multivoid or microchannel) tubing as it is processed by the straight tube cutoff machine.. |

| Cutoff and Tube Forming Process Control System |
A special control package has been designed to offer completely automatic setup and adjustment for the Cutoff and End Forming Line. |

| Tube Cutoff (Scoring) Mechanism with Integral Pull-Apart |
This single station automatically scores and then separates the aluminum tubing. |
