FP-3B Fin Press

The FP-3B fin production line incorporates the use of a 100 ton capacity straight side Oak Fin Press along with an uncoiler, lubricator, fin stamping die and stacker/suction unit combination. The FP-3B line allows for the production of quality fins ranging from 1 to 108 inches long (maximum) when using fin stock with a maximum width of 48 inches. This press series have bed openings of 51 inch x 48 inch and can accommodate fin dies with a shut-height range of 9 inch to 13 inch. The standard stroke length offered on the FP-3B Fin Press is 1 1/2 inch. It can be changed to 2 inch if taller collar heights are required. A hydraulic withdrawal feature incorporated into the press slide allows access to the inner tooling of the fin stamping die without removing the die from the press.

Our product range allows us to provide the perfect fin making system for the largest mass production coil manufacturers or the smallest specialty coil shops.
